I've been learning how to "deal with my overthinking". It's hard, actually, it's really hard, but I have to be strong enough to deal with it, because if I don't, it will take control over me and over my life. Now I'm strong enough to make it stop and say "no, this isn't life for anybody!". My days are always full with activities and things to do. I'm fighting, I really am! And I think I found some answers, only a few, but it's better than nothing, right?
